Turkey’s leading fresh frozen and canned food and margarine company Kerevitaş has maintained the momentum it gained in Turkey by extending its product range with a business model driven by R&D efforts and innovation in external markets as well. Kerevitaş achieved an increase of 81 percent in export in the first nine months of 2021.
As Turkey’s leading fresh frozen and canned food and margarine company Kerevitaş kept expanding its product portfolio with a business model driven by R&D and innovation in line with consumer expectations, it maintained this successful performance in external markets as well in the first nine months of 2021, achieving an 81 percent increase in export. The company has achieved a year-on-year increase of 46 percent in its consolidated revenue which has reached TRY 3.15 billion. The revenue of Kerevitaş’s Frozen and Canned Food Business Unit has reached TRY 820 million with an increase of 23.5 percent, while its Edible Oil Business Unit achieved a revenue of TRY 2.4 billion with an increase of 57.7 percent.
SuperFresh, the leading brand of Kerevitaş with 100 percent brand recognition in the frozen and canned food industry, has reinforced its leadership through its innovative product launches. In the first nine months of 2021, SuperFresh has introduced a total of 17 new products to consumers including Pizza Toast, Sandwich Bread, thinly sliced potatoes, Special Stone Oven Four Cheese Pizza, and Smiles Potatoes. Besler, the leading company of the Turkish margarine market that operates under the roof of Kerevitaş, has maintained its strong position well ahead of its competitors in the market with a 64 percent revenue share in the first nine months of 2021 through its brands such as Bizim Yağ and Teremyağ which have a high level of brand recognition.
